このたび、2024年９月２日（月）より、お客様のさらなる利便性向上のため、宿泊予約オンラインシステムを変更させていただくこととなりました。
現在ご利用いただいておりますお客様には、大変ご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
● 2024年９月２日（月）以降のご宿泊予約を旧システムでされている場合
旧システムよりご予約いただいた2024年９月2日（月）以降のご宿泊予約は、そのまま有効となりますので今まで通りご宿泊いただけます。
● 旧システムにてご予約され、予約確認・キャンセルをご希望されるお客様へ
予約確認・キャンセルについては、旧予約システムにて操作が可能です。
＊旧予約システムでいただいたご予約内容は、新予約システムでは確認・変更・キャンセルができませんので予めご了承ください。
● お客様会員登録情報について
旧システムにてご登録させていただいておりますお客様の登録情報は、新システムへは移行されず、旧システムが停止されると同時に利用停止となります。お手数ではございますが、新システムにてご予約される際には、新たに必要情報のご入力をお願いしております。

For Guests Who Have Made Reservations for Stays After September 2, 2024 Using the Old System
Reservations made through the old system for stays after Monday, September 2, 2024, will remain valid, and you can stay as planned.
For Guests Who Wish to Confirm or Cancel Reservations Made Through the Old System
You can confirm or cancel reservations through the old system. Please note that reservations made through the old system cannot be confirmed, modified, or canceled through the new reservation system.
Regarding Customer Membership Information
Please note that customer registration information from the old system will not be transferred to the new system and will be deactivated when the old system is discontinued. We kindly ask that you re-enter the necessary information when making a reservation through the new system.
