From when will I have to pay cancellation fees?

We will charge you a 20% cancellation fee on the day before of a check-in date.
You will be charged 20% of the accommodation fee the day before cancellation, 80% with a notification for the day of, and 100% without a notification the day of.
For groups that reserved more than five rooms, 30% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee starting from 20 days prior to the check-in date.
Also, 20% of the accommodation fee will be charged for 10 – 20 days prior to the stay, 50% for 2 -9 days, 80% for the day before, and 100% the day of.

We guarantee the Best Price when you book through our official website under the following conditions:

1. Terms for Price Comparison:
■Comparison with other online travel agents’ websites operating domestically in Japan
■Comparison must be under identical conditions such as date of stay, number of guests, room type, payment method, and cancellation policy.

2. Exemptions from the Best Price Guaranteed:
The Best Price Guaranteed does not apply to the following cases:

■Package rates that include costs for airline or railway tickets.
■Rates that are not publicly available, such as corporate rates.
■Prices we cannot control, such as those sold by travel agents or rates initially offering a discount using vouchers on other online booking sites.
■Rates available through auction sites or group buying platforms.
