An exclusive reservation plan that allows you to privately use the entire Hakone Tsutaya Ryokan is available.
The facility can be used for various purposes such as off-site meetings, seminars, parties with family and friends, studios and workshops. There are two open-air kakenagashi natural hot springs that flow directly from the source and two indoor hot springs that use a rare stone called Izuaoishi.
There is also a lounge and kitchen that can be arranged and used in different ways, and a variety of room types such as the Japanese-style rooms and cabin-type rooms.
There are certain activities that can only be done at the facility because the whole space is exclusively reserved for you and your group. It is an amazing way to spend time and relax with your friends.
The space can be used for off-site meetings, presentations, seminars and training. Apart from daily life, it is a creative way to brainstorm and host important meetings. A projector is also available for use. The facility is fully equipped with wifi and power supplies. Complimentary coffee and tea are also available in the lounge.
The Ryokan can be used for graduation trips, study sessions, and training camps with friends from seminars and clubs. This type of experience will be a great opportunity to bond with colleagues at school and at work. It’s a fun way to get to know everyone after drinking, cooking meals, and enjoying the hot springs together.
Take a step away from your usual office space and have an extraordinary workation experience in Hakone. Once finishing a video conference, you can go straight to the hot springs to relax♨︎. After feeling refreshed, your mind will be clear to do some creative work. You can also work while soaking in the hot springs.
Enjoy your time with your friends in Hakone by renting out the facility and having your own social gathering with a sense of privacy and security. The space can also be used for alumni associations, all-female gatherings, celebrations and ceremonies. Arrangements of catering services can be made and bringing in outside food is okay.
We also have a wedding photo plan to accompany your trip. The ryokan has many beautiful photogenic areas where memorable gorgeous kimono pictures can be taken. We will suggest photos that display the uniqueness of the ryokan and the wonderful immersed world view of the couple.
